Payment and Refund Policy

1. Payment Terms

• All program fees are due in full at the time of enrollment
• Payments are processed securely through our authorized payment system
• Monthly subscriptions are automatically billed on the same day each month

2. No-Refund Policy

• All purchases are final and non-refundable
• We are committed to delivering high-quality service and expect full commitment from our athletes
• Program fees cannot be refunded once services have begun

3. Injury Accommodation Policy

• Nature of the injury
• Expected duration of recovery
• Limitations on athletic activities

• The remaining unused portion of the program fee will be calculated on a pro-rated basis
• This amount will be credited toward future services
• The credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of injury notification

• Can be applied to any of our service offerings
• Must be used within the 12-month validity period
• Is non-transferable and non-refundable

4. Program Modifications

• Modify program content to accommodate injury restrictions
• Adjust delivery methods when possible (e.g., focus on mental training during physical recovery)
• Work with the athlete to develop modified training plans within medical restrictions

5. Communication Requirements

• Notify us immediately of any injury affecting program participation
• Provide required medical documentation within 10 days of injury
• Maintain communication about recovery progress and return-to-play timeline

6. Additional Terms

• Credits cannot be converted to cash refunds
• Unused credits expire after 12 months
• Credits cannot be combined with other offers or promotions
