Terms of Service
Effective Date: July 26, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the products, programs, coaching services, events, digital content, community, mobile application, and website offered by COMPLETE GAME LLC ("Complete Game," "we," "us," or "our") at complete.game and related properties. By creating an account, purchasing a product or program, registering for a session, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Complete Game LLC is a New York limited liability company, and these Terms are governed by New York law. See Section 17.
1. Who We Are
Complete Game LLC
777 Westchester Avenue, STE 101
White Plains, NY 10604
Email: [email protected]
Phone: (914) 434-1020
2. Eligibility and Minors
Our services are intended for athletes, coaches, and parents or guardians. Individuals age 13 and older may hold their own account. Individuals under 13 may not create an account; a parent or legal guardian must hold the account and make any purchase on their behalf.
If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. A parent or guardian who registers a minor for any session, program, or membership is responsible for that registration, for payment, and for the minor's compliance with these Terms.
3. Accounts
You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. Accounts and program access are personal to you and may not be shared, resold, or transferred without our written consent.
4. What We Offer
Our offerings include, without limitation: in-person Rake Sessions, clinics, camps, coach seminars, and team training; private 1:1 and remote coaching; swing analysis; recurring memberships and communities; coaching certification and mentorship programs; digital courses, eBooks, and downloadable materials; and physical products including bats, batting gloves, and apparel. Specific inclusions, dates, locations, and capacity limits are described at the point of purchase.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor; we do not store full payment card numbers. You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the amounts shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes.
Charges from Complete Game appear on card and bank statements as COMPLETEGAME/ROBCREWS. If you see a charge you do not recognize, please contact us at [email protected] before contacting your bank — we can almost always identify and resolve it quickly.
Prices and program contents may change at any time. Changes do not affect purchases already completed.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
All sales are final. Complete Game does not issue refunds. The only exceptions are set out in Sections 6.6 and 6.7 below, which cover physical products that arrive damaged or defective and events that Complete Game itself cancels. The subsections below explain how this applies to each type of purchase.
6.1 Rake Sessions, camps, clinics, seminars, and team training — ALL SALES FINAL.
These are limited-capacity events held on fixed dates at reserved facilities. All registrations are final. We do not issue refunds, credits, or transfers for these events under any circumstance.
This includes, without limitation: inability to attend for any reason; illness or injury; travel, weather, or scheduling conflicts; late arrival; early departure; and failure to attend without notice. Your registration reserves a limited seat that cannot be resold once the roster closes, and the cost of the venue, staffing, and equipment is committed in advance regardless of attendance.
Please be certain of the date, time, and location before you register. All of these are listed on the registration page and repeated in your confirmation email. If anything is unclear, email us at [email protected] before completing your purchase and we will confirm the details.
6.2 Memberships and recurring subscriptions. Memberships bill automatically on a recurring basis until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of your current paid period; you keep access through that period. We do not provide partial-month or prorated refunds, and we do not refund previously completed billing periods. Please cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.
6.3 Certification and mentorship programs. These programs grant immediate access to proprietary curriculum, materials, and cohort scheduling. Enrollment fees are non-refundable. Where a program is billed monthly, you may cancel future billing as described in Section 6.2. Certification status, where awarded, is subject to completion requirements and may be revoked for conduct that violates these Terms.
6.4 Private 1:1 coaching, remote sessions, and swing analysis. Fees and deposits for private coaching are non-refundable. Sessions may be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, and missed sessions, are forfeited. Unused sessions in a multi-session package expire 6 months from the date of purchase and are not refundable or extendable after that date. Swing analysis is non-refundable.
6.5 Digital courses, eBooks, and downloadable content. Digital content is delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be returned. All digital sales are final and non-refundable, whether or not you have accessed, streamed, or downloaded the content. Please review the description of any digital product carefully before purchasing, and email us at [email protected] beforehand if you have questions about what is included.
6.6 Physical products. Complete Game is the seller of record for all physical products purchased from us.
Apparel and print-on-demand items. These items are produced to order. We will replace or refund any item that arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, provided you notify us within 30 days of delivery with photographs of the issue. Because each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, wrong size, or wrong color. Please review sizing information carefully before ordering.
Batting gloves. Fulfilled directly by Complete Game. Unused items in original condition with tags attached may be returned within 30 days of purchase. You are responsible for return shipping. Damaged or defective items will be replaced or refunded at no cost to you.
Bats. All bat sales are final, with the limited exceptions below.
Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. Returned bats must be in new and unused condition with all original tags and labels attached — no ball marks, scuffs, dents, grip wear, or any other sign of use. Once a bat has been swung it cannot be returned or exchanged. Approved returns are issued as store credit rather than a monetary refund. You are responsible for all return shipping charges, and processing takes at least 10 days from our receipt of the item.
Customized bats made to order per your specifications cannot be returned or exchanged.
Wood bats break as a normal part of use, and breakage is not covered. This is true of all wood bats regardless of manufacturer and is not considered a defect.
Defective or damaged bats are handled separately from the above. A genuine defect is a flaw present when the bat arrived — such as a crack, delamination, or glue failure not caused by contact with a ball. Contact us with photographs and we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund, coordinating with our manufacturing partner on your behalf.
6.7 If we cancel or reschedule. The finality of sales described above applies to your decision not to attend or not to use what you purchased. If Complete Game cancels a session, program, or event outright, you will receive a full refund or, at your election, credit toward a future offering. If we reschedule, you may transfer to the new date or request a full refund. We are not responsible for your travel, lodging, or other incidental costs.
6.8 Chargebacks. If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first at [email protected]. We respond quickly and resolve most billing questions the same week. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of account access and forfeiture of any remaining registrations pending resolution.
7. Assumption of Risk and Release — In-Person Instruction
Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights.
Baseball and softball instruction involves physical activity, including swinging bats, throwing, running, and exposure to thrown, pitched, and batted balls. These activities carry an inherent risk of injury, including serious injury. By registering yourself or a minor for any in-person session, clinic, camp, or private coaching, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume these risks.
You represent that the participant is in adequate physical condition to take part and has no medical condition that would make participation unsafe. You agree to follow all instructions given by Complete Game staff and all rules of the host facility.
To the fullest extent permitted by New York law, you release and hold harmless Complete Game LLC, Rob Crews, and their coaches, staff, contractors, and host facilities from claims for injury, illness, or property loss arising from participation, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct. You authorize us to obtain emergency medical treatment for a participating minor if we cannot reach you.
8. Photography and Video
We frequently record video and take photographs at sessions for instruction, player feedback, and promotional use. By attending, you grant Complete Game permission to use such images and recordings in our instructional and marketing materials without compensation. If you prefer that you or your child not appear in promotional material, notify us in writing at [email protected] before the session and we will accommodate the request.
9. Intellectual Property and License
All curriculum, drills, videos, courses, written materials, systems, methodologies, trademarks, and content provided by Complete Game are our property or licensed to us, and are protected by intellectual property law. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use purchased content for your own individual use.
You may not copy, record, screenshot, redistribute, publish, resell, or share access to our content; use our materials to teach, train, or coach others commercially without a written license or active certification in good standing; or use our content to build or train any competing product or service. Coaches wishing to use our system professionally should contact us about certification and licensing.
10. Community Conduct
Our community spaces exist to help players and coaches improve. You agree to engage respectfully and not to harass, demean, threaten, or discriminate against others; post content that is unlawful, obscene, or harmful; share other members' personal information; or use community spaces to solicit or advertise without permission. Given that minors participate in our communities, we enforce these standards strictly. We may remove content and suspend or terminate access for violations at our discretion.
11. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to access our services by automated means such as bots, scrapers, or offline readers; interfere with or compromise the security or integrity of our systems; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account or content; circumvent access controls or paywalls; transmit spam, malware, or unsolicited communications; or impose an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
12. Third-Party Services
We rely on third parties for site hosting, payment processing, product fulfillment, scheduling, and communications. Your use of those services may also be governed by their terms. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third parties, though we will advocate on your behalf where a fulfillment or billing issue arises.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties and No Guarantee of Results
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that content will be accurate or complete.
We do not guarantee athletic, competitive, recruiting, scholarship, or professional outcomes. Player development depends on many factors outside our control, including effort, consistency, physical maturity, coaching outside our programs, and opportunity. Testimonials and results described on our site reflect individual experiences and are not promises of similar results.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by New York law, Complete Game LLC and its owners, coaches, employees, and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost opportunity, arising out of or relating to your use of our services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to a product or program will not exceed the amount you paid us for that product or program in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Complete Game LLC from claims, damages, losses, and reasonable legal fees arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our services or content, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
16. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account or access to any program, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe is harmful to other participants, our staff, or our business. Sections addressing intellectual property, assumption of risk and release, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.
17. Governing Law and Disputes
Complete Game LLC is organized and headquartered in the State of New York. These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them, our products, our programs, or your use of our services, are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, regardless of where you reside or where a session or event takes place.
You and Complete Game agree to first attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute informally by contacting [email protected]. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Westchester County, New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
Nothing in this section deprives you of the protection of any mandatory consumer-protection or privacy law of your home state that applies to you regardless of this choice of law.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. The Effective Date above indicates the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Changes do not retroactively alter the refund terms applicable to a purchase you already completed.
19. Contact
Questions about these Terms, a charge, a registration, or a refund request should go to [email protected] or (914) 434-1020. See also our Privacy Policy and Support pages.
