What's good, family! 👋
Spring is officially here and so is college softball and baseball season. Travel ball is ramping up. Big things are happening at Complete Game and I've got some exciting news to share with you this month.
We're expanding to new markets, announcing a major partnership, and I want to give a special shout-out to all the college players out there who are grinding through spring ball right now.
Let's get into it.
Complete Game Is Coming to Tennessee 📍
I'm excited to announce that Complete Game Rake Sessions are expanding to Tennessee — Knoxville and Middle Tennessee. This has been in the works for a while and I can't wait to bring the See-Think-Move experience to a new part of the country.
If you're a player, parent, coach, or organization in the Tennessee area, this is your chance to train with me in person. Same perception-action approach. Same 4:1 ratio. Same results.
Dates and times are being finalized now. Head to the events page to stay in the loop and be the first to register when sessions drop.
Complete Game x Rapsodo 🤝
I'm proud to announce my official partnership with Rapsodo for 2026. This is a big one.
Throughout the year, I'll be creating content showing you how to actually use the data Rapsodo technology provides — not just collect metrics, but turn them into actionable game plans that improve your performance. That's the piece most people are missing.
Here's what's coming from this collaboration:
📊 Master Your Metrics — Creating baselines & benchmarking
🎥 PRO 2.0 Deep Dive — Setup, features & real-world use
💥 Exit Velo Drills — Intentional hitting with data feedback
🎙 Podcast Feature — Rapsodo data & player development
🏆 Season Recaps — How data drives real improvement
If you've ever looked at your Rapsodo numbers and thought "okay, now what?" — this content is for you. Stay tuned across all my platforms and follow @RapsodoSoftball on Instagram for the collaborative posts.
The Fix Order: Stop Coaching Backwards
When a hitter is struggling, most coaches go straight to the hands. That's coaching backwards. Every swing issue traces back to something upstream. Here's the misdirection fix order I teach in our certification program:
1. Eyes & Tracking → 2. Load → 3. Posture → 4. Extension
Misdirection is any movement taking energy away from your optimal impact location. If the eyes aren't right, nothing downstream will be right. Fix the source, not the symptom.
This is part of our See-Think-Move methodology — vision leads cognition leads movement. When you coach in that order, you stop chasing mechanical ghosts and start addressing what's actually causing the breakdown.
"We purposely take away any technical intervention and allow the athlete to explore all of the possibilities within whatever constraints we have created for them. This is where true development takes place."

Spring Ball Is Here — Trust Your Preparation 💪
To all of my college players out there who just started their spring season — this one is for you.
You've put in the work this offseason. The reps. The cage time. The film. The conversations. Now it's time to let it play. Don't go searching for your swing in Week 2 of the season. It's there. Trust it.
A few reminders as you get into the grind:
Maintain your confidence. You earned your spot. Your preparation is your proof. Confidence isn't something you find — it's something you carry with you because of the work you've already done.
Play your role well. Not everyone starts on opening day. But every single person on that roster has a role. Own yours. Be elite at it. The players who embrace their role fully are the ones who earn expanded roles.
Be more than ready when called upon. Your moment is coming. Stay locked in during practice. Stay sharp between the lines. When your number gets called — and it will — be the person who was ready, not the person who was hoping.
Performance issues are human issues. Take care of yourself mentally first. Your swing will follow. Eyes lead the body, body leads the barrel.
I'm proud of every one of you. Go compete.
Can't Train In Person? We've Got You.
Not everyone can make it to The Bronx, Cherry Hill, or one of my travel locations. That's exactly why I built out the remote training program.
Monthly 75-minute strategy sessions built on proven frameworks. Between calls, you get access to your private Client Portal to submit videos for analysis, ask questions, and receive customized drills and mental techniques. Your development isn't limited to scheduled calls — it's an ongoing conversation with dedicated feedback days each week.
This is the same systematic approach that has helped hundreds of athletes break through performance plateaus, tailored specifically to your unique challenges.
Coming Next Month
Every issue we'll feature a Complete Game athlete — their story, their breakthroughs, and what they're learning about themselves through the process. Performance issues are human issues. We connect, coach, and develop the human alongside the skill.
